T-Report gets a fresh look: a redesigned interface for greater simplicity

T-Report is evolving, and this time, the user experience is at the heart of the changes. Our team has worked on a complete overhaul of the software interface with one goal in mind: to make the tool even simpler and more intuitive for daily use, whether for managers in the office or teams in the field.

Why this redesign?

For several years, T-Report has supported companies across many sectors, from construction and manufacturing to healthcare and hospitality. Each new client and each new use case has helped us identify what works well and what could be improved. What is changing in practice

The overall ergonomics have been revised to reduce the number of clicks required to complete frequent tasks such as clocking in, checking schedules, managing absences, or accessing documents. Menus have been reorganized more logically with a clear hierarchy of information, ensuring that every user can quickly find what they need without having to navigate between multiple screens.

On mobile, the application has also been optimized for technicians and field operators. Clocking in, viewing daily assignments, and accessing related documents can now be done in seconds, even in demanding conditions (outdoors, limited connectivity, wearing work gloves, etc.).

Rest assured, this evolution does not change the way T-Report works. All your data, configurations, and work habits remain exactly the same. This is primarily a visual and structural improvement designed to save you time every day, with no learning curve required.
