Putman digitizes field tracking across its 4 business sectors

The context
Founded in 1949, the Putman Group specializes in electrical and electromechanical installations. With 4 business sectors and 8 specialized departments, the company works on public and private projects throughout Belgium, deploying technical teams across numerous sites.
Before T-Report, service tracking relied on paper timesheets that were manually centralized each week, which slowed down data transmission to the payroll department and complicated the tracking of travel and mobility.
The challenge
With several teams active simultaneously on different sites, Putman needed a tool capable of centralizing time tracking, absence monitoring, and mobility management, while remaining flexible enough to adapt to their evolving internal processes.
The solution
T-Report was deployed to cover all of Putman's team time tracking and mobility needs. The tool now centralizes field data collection and transfers it directly, eliminating the need for manual re-entry.
Key results
- Centralization of time tracking across all 4 business sectors
- Reduced data transmission time to the payroll department
- Improvement suggestions converted into development tickets for continuous tool evolution
Testimonial
"T-Report is an intuitive and flexible tool. It already allows us to perform multiple data collection and transfer operations, whether for tracking our workers' hours, their mobility, or managing their absences. Importantly, any suggestion to improve the tool is immediately taken into account and converted into a development ticket, making it a tool in constant evolution."
